Want to delete your account?
You can request account deletion in the app or by email.
In the app
- Open Qbhie and go to your Profile or Settings.
- Open Account settings if shown.
- Choose Delete Account and read the confirmation before continuing.
Account deletion is permanent. The published policy describes deletion of your account information and associated study data.
By email
The current published app policy lists abhinandhas82@gmail.com for account deletion requests. Send your request from the address associated with your Qbhie account when possible. Do not include your password.
Check subscriptions separately
If you have an active paid subscription, check its status in Google Play subscriptions. Account deletion and managing a store subscription are separate actions.
